Works well now! Must have improved it because I tried it a couple of years ago and couldn't even register. It's easy to use, and you can prepay by credit card which is great. You get update texts while you wait just as you do when you book by phone. Recommend.

Have used Amber cars for some time but fast going off them. Pre-booked cab for 22:45 finally arrived at 23:04. Luckily on this occasion I was only going home, if I had a train to catch, hospital appointment or some other important arrangement I would have been late. When it did arrive driver took the slightly longer route which cost more. Cannot recommend this company and seriously thinking of changing to another taxi company. Booked at 2020 for ataxi at 22:30 again 20 minutes late, -0 stars

If you're a female relying on a taxi home DON'T book these!! I booked a cab at 08.30am this morning for a taxi to pick me up at 23.55pm - rang office at 7 Mins past 12 to be verbally abused by the operator "saying the cab will be with me when she gets a free one, I said I'd booked this 1st thing and am on my own I said a specific time as that's when I needed it not 20 mins later, she didn't want or seem to understand this and felt it acceptable to say the cab will be with me when 1 becomes free !!!
