I can't widraw my money. It asks me for a linked account when my account has been linked and verified for years. Support doesn't reply. Is this a scam???

My account has been on pending for the past 5 days and nothing happened I uploaded every document I was asked to uploaded nothing change yet every time I contact the customer service they keep coming up with the same story now I'm kind of pissed of I which they can review my accounts and get it unlocked

Used to be great: quick buys and low fees, especially as a Black member. Lately, it's been wildly unreliable. A buy order takes over a week to confirm, even on a fully authorized account. Multiple rejected buy orders from their ach provider. After two months of drama, I'm going elsewhere...

All was going well until I can't log in to my account it all started yesterday, I tried putting my pin in, but they keep on just saying that its incorrect, and eventually it logged me out. So I tried log ing in to my account, put my verification code and somehow its instantly incorrect and ive tried it multiple times until today. I feel like I wasted a bunch of money and time. I don't know if it's a bug in the system or this app being a scam. Tried to contact customer support but no response so far

Does not work. My payid is rejected and my mum payid is now lost in a black hole for $500 no money or bitcoin just missing. Edit: money eventually came back into bank, but this app is not accepting payid deposits, although they offer it
