The idea of giving customers a visa gift card as an option to spend our points on is awesome but what is very upsetting is we get these gift cards and can't use them to buy food, pay bills we can't use them on anything. I can spend my points on a garbage smartwatch out of their catalog, or I can get a coffee cup. Please make these gift cards where we can actually purchase things we can use for everyday life. It would truly help.

I have it set to accept my fingerprint because logging in normally is annoying, so every time I log in, it'll let me in and get to where I'm wanting to look, like at my plan or the billing page, and it'll log me all the way out to where I have to type it all in and give it biometric permission again. And it doesn't matter if I log in without biometric because it'll do the EXACT same thing. If you doesn't cover IVF, at least make the app less annoying.

Not available for California users, you get directed to the Health net app which is useless. The Am better Health net website (and call center) are absolutely useless as well. Maybe this is great for everyone else... Awful

This is the worst experience of my life dealing with an insurance company. I called to see what the prescription cost, and I've been on the phone for 45 minutes and not one person knows what they're talking about. All they do is transfer You from One Call Center to another. I wouldn't recommend them to an enemy
