Reliable and fast charging at the station I use. App is very responsive and tells me when each plug at the station is available or in use. Starting the charge is a very straightforward and fast process. The app reflects station events within a couple seconds. It even tells me when the vehicle is fully charged, so I can walk to the parking lot to move it and free up the plug. Android notifications need a bit of fixing, but support has been very responsive and working on it.

App works great, except I've sometimes found QR codes on the chargers are switched. So one QR on a charger will actually operate the charger next to it in a 2 stall setup. Otherwise, it's very easy to use and fast!

Rate structure for office charging is a non-starter. 4 hr limit doesn't get close to full charge. $19/ hr idle fee after 4.5 hours is more than it costs to fill the gas tank of my prius. Can't leave office midday to walk over, unplug and try to find another parking space. Idle charge 2 min after charging stops is ridiculous.

The station where I work offers faster charging for the price than other chargers, but it ends up being a wash if I can't stop what I am doing and run to my car. The app offers a 'stop session' button and a notice that you will get idle fees eventually. But even after you have stopped the session, it will continue billing you. Even though it has stopped supplying power.

I have to use this app to charge my Tesla with the level 2 charger provided at my apartment and I absolutely hate it. Scanning the QR code on the charger will provide an error 9/10 times, and when it actually works, it takes at least 30 seconds of loading to tell me to plug in. God forbid I plug my car in during the loading time, or else it will not initiate charging and will not allow me to initiate another session due to being "in use in another session." Please fix this app!!!
