The app makes me get a security code every time I log in, and then it takes forever to send the code if they even send a code. Total garbage

I was encouraged to download the app by my agent but just now getting to
it. I work out of town alot & need to make my first payment & will not
load. Keeps saying my user ID or password isn't correct & to reset. Nothing
happens & my login info is correct! Crappy, Crappy, Crappy! How is it we've
come so far with technology & we can't get an app to work! Uuuggghhhhh a
Big Thumbs DOWN! Sorry AN Mobile!
