Fabulous airline to travel with. I had a bit of trouble in Tokyo when my bag was lost, but staff took charge and quickly located it. The delay was going to cause me to miss my flight, but again, the staff to the rescue and I made it! You have set the standard for other airlines to meet!

Booked via United Airlines (Star Alliance) and they don't provide a confirmation number OR reservation number, so I cannot use this app to track my ANA flight whatsoever. Useless.

Terrible app. Difficult to use, can't change the currency, can't change the profile info and do not have the feature to add passenger list. Ridiculous

Not the most intuitive app compared to other airlines. Very difficult to add reservations or to find boarding pass. I flew with ana 8 times in the past 8 months, and it's still difficult for me to use it
