The best car sharing app in Czech Republic. After providing proof of address of my Hotel booking, they approved and activated my account!! The car rental itself, it is just great! All the cars are super new and comfortable! No problems starting or finishing my rental, I paid 12 euros for having the car 3:30 hours and drove 45kms, no hidden or additional costs, customer service is available 24/7, While I was in the rental car I was communicating with their customer service in chat. The best!

Great car sharing in Prague! The registration is the quickest and the easiest on the market. Even the cheapest cars are quite good Toyota's, equipped with computer and back view camera. This car sharing is available even for new drivers with no experience (like me:)). You could park the car for free in all blue and purple parking zones. Also, the call center is very capable, friendly and understanding. I absolutely love it❤️ Option to upgrade insurance to plan without deductible would be nice.

Already the registration doesn't work with a German phone number - I simply don't get the SMS with the authorization code, even though entering a German phone number is allowed 🤷🏻♀️ Called the customer service: only Czech and Slovak phone numbers are allowed. It would be nice the say that at the registration then or not allow entering other countries' phone numbers. So registered with a Slovak phone number: the translation of the registration process to English is quite poor, but worked.

Application keeps opening on itself, without prompt, for no reason. No reservation, I have inspect the car and pay for it? Removing

Registration went to blocked account. That's all. There is no way to start again. Apps won't continue. If you can't register people by app itself, please don't offer that method.
