I like to think that not only have I and our bank have successfully taken down corrupt people who have no conscious whatsoever people who believe a patriot meant organized crime and backing some out of date overrated out of touch, one for all and all for one primitive guilt ridden society better think again real quick I stand for my country and my land the Land Of The Long White Cloud that we have bought some relief to those poor suffering ignorant people like myself reality again.

I love the app generally, but have an issue with the new dynamic cvv. I find access too cumber son. Given I usually only remember to use it once paying online, with the clock ticking until I time out. Please consider having dynamic cvv as a stand-alone title on the settings pull down. Then have the cvv number shown for each card without further pull down. This simple access would make it much more user-friendly. Otherwise, well done. Thank you Martin Wynn

It is so easy to use it has bypassed all the bank jargon that can happen, I have been with this bank since I was five, and now I am 65, so I have seen all the changes that this bank has been through from Post Bank now to ANZ

Changed my kiwi saver fund from cash fund to conservative fund because I couldn't see the profits and information about my kiwi saver on my banking app. Little did I know that was unnecessary and a waste of money, I lost $129.92 in five days. ANZ pocketed a good amount from me that day. I can now see what's happening with my kiwi saver on my app after putting forward a complaint! I'm also changing back to the cash fund as im not handing over my hard-earned money for these investors to lose!

Can't find secured mail, I was informed that bank does not have a record of my physical address, yet I can see my address clearly in here when accessing my online account.

Sorry ANZ the new update is a fail. Been using Go Money for many years and it's been great. New update won't allow me to add a new payee and their new account number on my Samsung. Can do it on an iPhone, but tried everything I can think of and also had a long chat with ANZ support to sort it out. Still doesn't work.
