★★★★★ It's great and the only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is no option to select 3-car garage (some of us are lovers of cars), no option to select houses that are not in HOA areas (some of us don't like to be told where and what we can and can't do), and the option of selecting single story or double story houses.

★★★★★ Zillow makes it really convenient to see a lot of the rentals that are currently available in your area. It's also nice to be able to fill out one application and use it for multiple properties. I just wish it worked for all the places listed on Zillow. The ones that don't use Zillow's application are hard to get a hold of. It's a really nice idea. I just think it could be made better.

★★☆☆☆ This app allows individuals and false companies to post false ads to steal your personal and private info. This company Bird nest had listed for a room rental in Clarksville TN for 625 a month. This place stole people's personal information stating we're not renting the house showed on zillow's app but rather taking people's information stating we offer veterans room rentals, and they want to put your information in thier system. Yet that wasn't in the ad. Zillow is responsible for damaging me

★★☆☆☆ Pretty terrible apartment search app. If you put in any parameters, sorry pal. No results. Even if they're the most basic search parameters. According to this app, there isn't a single apartment for rent in the continental United States. Don't bother wasting your time.

★★☆☆☆ Unable to save homes/apartments for rent on app. There is a feature to look at saved listings but useless since there is no option to actually save the listing you are looking at.
