★★★★★ The app is absolutely amazing. I Love it. It's easy to follow and keep track of my spending and gives instant money when I need it from savings
★★★★★ It's been great so far as of 7-20-24. There's nothing better than instant/live access to your accounts.It's like getting an updated bank statement every day. I especially love the account to account instant transfer feature. It also allows push notifications for large withdrawal, low balance, large deposit, etc, and you can change these amounts anytime.
★★★★★ The Apex App is very easy to navigate. Love it.
★★☆☆☆ The app is horrible. It is never right. Transactions disappear for days then come back. I do not like the app at all.
★★☆☆☆ Complete garbage. Apex online banking is garbage like this app!
★★☆☆☆ App only works half the time slow to update most features not working. Swapped to chime no fees my credit has gone up in just 2 months over 4 years with this service.
★★☆☆☆ Can never get into my account even followed instructions, the few times I did get in it's not correct or tells me not available.
★★☆☆☆ This is the worst bank ever. They never let me use my card and always lock it up, and I constantly have to call them to let me use my card and stop locking it up on me. It's ridiculous, don't trust this bank.
