I gave it 4 stars because it does not accurately measure my sleep. I, pretty much always, get up in the night to use the washroom! It appears that the app must restart measuring my sleep time once I get up and use the washroom! Wish I could set it somehow, to measure all my sleep between certain hours!

I see many low rated reviews but i don't agree with any of them. Most of the problems they have, i don't have. People are saying they can't connect to their watch but I can. I have an older phone wich is a Samsung Galaxy note 4 and its works ok for me. I hope everyone's problems get fixed.

I had to switch phones and when I went to log into my account on my new phone, it told me wrong password, after a few attempts, I decide to attempt to just reset my password. It fails. I go to make a new account. Turns out it doesn't matter, your password is always wrong, even if you put in the right one. So, don't bother with an account.

Just received a watch as a gift for Christmas and I can't even connect it to the app. I go to try and connect a device and the app closes. No matter what I try. I also had complications trying to make an account even! Very frustrating!
