I'm trying to log in, but I don't know how to get in patient portal. Very confusing. I need help after downloading app.

Confused Installed this morning per Dr. and now we are staring at an app with no instructions at all. Not sure if Dr. was to give more info to enter, or if we missed something, or if we are too dumb to use this app, but it is just a page saying practice url username password, and we have none of this info. Removing app and communicating with Dr. the original way, speaking to them! Not our first app, so not the first to not have a clue what to do with it. Not new user-friendly at all

Reset password not working as the email describes. App needs further bench testing. App developer needs to go back to school.
