Decent app, taxis arrive quicker as it prioritizes on location rather than
which driver is next in line for a job, so I've been told. Is buggy at
times when it won't let you book or set a destination. But overall it's a
damn sight better than being on hold for 5 minutes waiting for an operator
and listening to the on hold music.

AVOID! Booked on the app-£16 for 2.10PM next day, had a text at 2.03AM - taxi has dispatched? Called to rearrange and query this. I was told £23 and I had booked wrong. REBOOKED on the app (£16) then got a call insisting I HAD to pay more. I said I would not and that they needed to update app prices to which the lady was rather rude and demanded we pay extra. Now I have to wait 3–5 days for both bookings that they messed up to be refunded and STILL DO NOT HAVE A TAXI BOOKED. USE ALL THE 2'S!!!!

Don't even want to give 1 star. Had nothing but problems. Booked taxis 24 hours before needed, and they still don't show up on time. Get told 5 mins wait which turns into half an hour, and the price doesn't come up on the app anymore. Can't even try all the 2s as they are now part of apple and still can't get a taxi out on time.

address. Even the driver said the app was rubbish and not to use it.
