★★☆☆☆ The previous version much better to work with. You could choose which shipment you want to deliver or collect as per your route planning. This enabled you as a courier to achieve your Service Levels and improve your Productivity. No you are wasting unnecessary time especially when you have a busy route like mine. This version is very poor.

You deliver late, your consultants especially PMB are rude one literally dropped the call on my ear just because she couldn't get off her lazy behind and actually do her job. Really if I knew this company that I ordered from used you I would have organized another courier company. Really are pieces of work.
