Once setup, which was easy, the app only displays a white background with no other information. It will not connect with the shifter even though the shifter is on and changes gears. I found out (thanks to Archer support) that the app only works with the shifter on and the remote off. Makes sense. To be tried.

The app works well, the system is easy to connect to and set up. It is responsive and reasonably intuitive. Although the recent update only allows
12 speeds, and I was looking forward to making a killer 20 speed cassette
for my dirt jumper tricycle.

Doesn't work at all nothing loads on the app at all this is a massive faill sort it out it's not good enough fail on iPad and Android

The product itself, phenomenal. But this app is complete trash. I'd say 95% of the time is spent just trying to connect or waiting for the device to show up on the list. It's like the device and the app rarely ever "see" each other. When it works, then there are no complaints. But as I said, it almost always doesn't. This makes it real hard to reconfigure the d1x when I can't even access the settings.

When I purchased this over a year ago the app worked great. Now it doesn't work at all. Reinstalled twenty times and gave up. It works on Apple but not android. My rating is for the app not the product.
