Easy to navigate app with lots of workout variety. Unfortunately I found I was not able to update my diet preferences once selected. Easily choose workouts based on your time limits or focus. Best part, every workout can be done at home!

I purchased the subscription because it was offered at $35.99 for the first year. They charged me $35.99 twice and can't find anyone to contact. Google and the app have no way to contact them. 😕

Don't expect your money back if you cancel. My account auto-renewed, I contacted them immediately asking to cancel and refund as I have not used the app at all in over a year. The app no longer sent notifications or a reminder. The team canceled the auto-renewal but stated they would not refund my money or any portion of my money for the yearly subscription. I also can't find anyplace in the app or online to cancel. So beware you can cancel at anytime, but you won't get your money back.
