This app was brilliant. Sadly, the bank has since decided to hand the handling of payments over to Google pay. I have no eagerness to share my payment data and purchases with Google or alphabet. It has been a long time since the Google founders said "first, be not evil." Maybe switching to trio dos is a better plan.

Works well, took a bit of getting used to. Doe feel emptier than my previous bank app, but that's no big deal. What is a problem is that I can't find an option anywhere for notifications for money going in or out of my bank account, really hope you guys add that as I find it useful.

I really miss the yearly graphical overview from the savings account on top from the old app. On the positive note, it finally supports Google Pay

The new app looks like how ING used to look like, it's not intuitive, still no EN language, not sure if I still need the old app + the Betaken app, and now I have three apps installed for ASN. Can you guys please clarify? This would probably not be needed if you went through the right steps with this release. I thought for a second it might be a scam since it's a completely different app and I have not received any communication from ASN about it. Glad I have an ING lookalike now (not really) 👎

It's ok. I wished it was more intuitive regarding monthly stats' information. I also miss the fingerprint login functionality which is unavailable since the last update in both the bank and betaken app. It used to work just fine but now it's not showing up in the options at all (zelfrefelen/Halifax en toe gang). In the betaken app I get error 13 when I try to set my fingerprint up. No problems with biometrics in other apps.
