It is way behind other platforms. Other platforms support mandate creation through UPI, but this app still uses old ways of creating mandate. Which most of the time fails. Some UPI I'd it accepts and some it rejects. This app requires sip payment only through mandate, but other apps support sip payment through UPI (manually). Training session are on working days and during working hours that means working professional can not get any benefit. Moreover, they don't provide video recording.

We got associated with Asset Plus sometime around May 2022. It's been more than 2 years now. The company is growing however the service is going down. Do not get associated with them if you can't reach at 10-20 crore AUM on immediate basis, you will not get the rewards of your hard work. You will be lost among the crowd. Until you become big in there sense, your request will fall on deaf years.

I am presently working with assets plus, first they claim they shared 85 to 90% brokerage bt some of the schemes we shared only 60 to 70%. RM is not so supportive, when I shared my query to her, she said raised the support ticket. When why she is there when I solve my query through support tickets. And One the customer care executive behavior is very rude to partners.
