Great customer service. The best company customer service I have ever seen and at 64 I've seen many a company. They set the bar high in customer service. Their contracts are affordable, and they stand behind their word. You can't go wrong with ASURION. I wish I had them all my life. Better than State Farm, or Alfa put together. They are good people. Don't mix words, don't back out on what they say they will do. I wish they sold homeowners Insurance and Home Insurance. My dollar would be theirs.

I ordered a tablet for my son and bought this warranty for it, all from Amazon, knowing how destructive he can be. After about 6, 7 months, he damaged it, and after returning with a pre-paid shipping label, the next morning, I had my money to purchase a new one with no issue. The app worked a lot better than trying to do it on the web. The process was pretty easy and fair. I am extremely pleased with this company's warranty, speed, and ease. I would definitely recommend this warranty and app.

Total f.ing scam. They always denying claim. Always lying customer service. You have to speak repeatedly to customer service that promises help and never happens!!!

I'm being told by asurion to provide my asurion order# before I can file a claim. I don't have an order #. I have it through DirecTV not privately. I called DTV to get the order #, they had no idea what I was talking about. They said you either sign up for the protection plan or you don't, but there is no order #. I've filed claims in the past and was never asked for my order #. I can prove I'm paying for this every month, but they won't even talk to me until I provide an order #!
