★★★★★ All is good, since I've got my 1st Asus device. For now, please add some dark mode. I think it is only appropriate for recent times. Edit: finally the long awaited and requested dark mode. Thank you for fulfilling the requests made. This made the app even better.

★★★★★ Asus' storage works good for me. It has mounted drive on my laptops. The only thing it does not let me save my file with the same name in Autocad occasionally.

★★☆☆☆ Apart from the amount of storage you get, the amount of spam to lure you in is annoying, and once you're in, the app is so basic and so frustrating you quickly give up. Asus is a great brand of computers for sure, but cloud storage is not good at all.

★★☆☆☆ It's cheaper for a reason... mine ended up a jumbled mess of loose photos that took hours & hours & hours & hours & hours to upload/download. When I decided to rid myself of the subscription and put all my photos onto an SSD, it just kept starting/stopping along the way, making MULTIPLE copies of identical folders!! Also, I've been searching their website for about 3–4 hours and have yet to find ANY way to cancel my subscription. The tutorial on how to cancel is just wrong! Be careful!!

★★☆☆☆ After I updated the app, at first it did not allow me to add spaces and characters between 2 words, which is very counter intuitive. And now, it is not allowing me to sign in neither via my Asus Cloud ID, nor via Google sign in and with Facebook sign in, the page says, there is a known issue for you not to be able to sign in. I am now left using the website on my phone (Android) to access and upload/download files. And all this despite using the paid service and having paid for a year in advance.

★★☆☆☆ This app is simply horrible. The app doesn't offer you any chance to find files on your phone, it doesn't sync properly with your computer (countless files missing), and the problem reporting system does not work. It was the worst decision I made in my software choices up too now to use Asus Web Storage, for the limited savings compared to larger brands I could save so much enjoyment. Simply terrible system, and I wholeheartedly recommend nobody to use it.
