Didn't use app but the ATG program by ben patrick is a gem. If more people knew just how good and beneficial for flexibly/strength/size and longevity this is we would all be better for it.

After reading about all the people injured, including myself on this program. Slow slow slow, take a year to do zero, ligaments take forever to get stronger and longer to heal. I'm back to parallel, and will take what I learned and do a year of some mild zero get cleared by scans then decide.

The free trial is nice. I suffer from knee pain from military duties, and this seemed like a blessing. Reels and YouTube shorts kept advertising ATG. But for 50 dollars a month? That's extremely high and unaffordable, especially in 2023. Unfortunately, I'll have to keep searching.

The videos don't explain how this helps you or what's the science behind it. You're just watching a few short videos that are extremely short. In my opinion far more likely to injure yourself because of the unclear videos.

Great customer service, but the materials in that app itself are terrible. Badly made videos that were obviously cut from a much longer video without much thought to how they would work as standalone. (Badly.) If you're looking for knee rehab, get the book instead. Cheaper and better.
