★★☆☆☆ PLEASE DON'T BUY TIMBERG FAN. RECENTLY I HAVE FACED WORST EXPERIENCE WITH TIMBERG CUSTOMER CARE. FAN IS NOT WORKING FROM LAST 10 DAYS AND THEY ARE NOT SENDING TECHNICIAN. FAN NOT WORKING IN JUST 2.5 YEARS. MY PURCHASE COST IS 4000. I AM STILL WAITING FOR TECHNICIAN FOR FAN. I HAVE INQUIRY IN MARKET FOR REPAIRING BUT THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO REPAIR BLDC FAN SO PLEASE DON'T RECOMMEND AND DON'T BUY.

★★☆☆☆ I brought fan for 5500 on Amazon and installed, but it is not connecting with alexa. No support given with installation by atom berg service person and charged installation charges 350. I have exchanged fan again I am facing same challenge. Not working with alexa Or google. Working only with remote. Don't waste money additional 1500 rs for this. Try buying only remote. Reynosa smart plus model but no smart. They are smartly selling high price with only remote fans.

★★☆☆☆ After reset the fan is not getting connected to Wi-Fi. I tried with Atom berg App and also Smart life App, none of them is working fine. Please help
