Everything worked perfectly, from registering to using the app. First time shopping at Auchan Faro, used the self-scan feature in the app to scan items as I went through the store, at the end just scanned the code at the terminal and paid. Super simple and flawless ! Will definitely be using this more often, such a time saver!

Can you explain what is happening? I was, probably, one of the first users in Alverca Auchan (previous Jumbo) and I received a gift about that. I used this app for months or years, until a couple of months ago. No more working! After login and entering the buying at the shop, the window becomes white and empty. I forced close the app, clear cache, reset, upgraded, downgraded and nothing!

Spend some time adding items to the shopping cart for delivery. On the final payment screen switched briefly to wallet app to confirm I use the correct card for payment. Switched back to this app in a second to witness an error screen saying my shopping cart is gone. Do you think I'll ever try again shopping online with you?
