My app will not open?? This has never happened before. What am I doing wrong? Keeps saying Oops something went wrong.

AAA will rob you blind. When I first became a member, I added my credit card. I never missed a payment, but I decided to pay early with another debit card, and they still charged my credit card, so I went to the office and asked how did my debit card get added to my account without my authorization and was told that they can do whatever when it comes to my credit. Then, when I took them off of my policy, my bill went from $270 all the way up to $313. I told the agent it was a breach of contract.

AAA app has been the **WORST AUTO INSURANCE APP!!** **WILL ALWAYS FREEZE and/or NOT OPEN OR LOAD AT ALL WHEN BILL DUE DATES ARE NEAR!?** The AAA office locations & staff in them are NOT any better, either! I was LIED to face-to-face, in person at a physical AAA office location by the agents (2 separate agents during one visit!!) telling me my policy increased 7%, so I confronted them with a double increase rate on my renewal papers! The 2 agents still lied & told me to go elsewhere!? Atrocious!!

I really can't rate this app because I can't load it on my device. Apparently it's not compatible with Android cell phones - Really? I like a card in my physical wallet that I can fish out and call the number readily available. Thank you :)
