The app works correctly but why it wants to be set as the default dialer? Other app doesn't ask this

So in the settings there's an option for choosing the default phone call app.... either the users' system phone app or there auto retailer expert app. If I select there auto retailer expert app as the default phone calling app, auto dialer expert will not dial any phonee calls. The only thing the app will do is flash once as if it were minimized. If I go back into the settings to change the default phone calling app, it will not allow me to change the default phone calling app.

The app does not recognize a busy signal. You have to hang it up manually, then it will redial not very useful.
