Poor customer service. They say cod is available but when I got to checkout with cod selected in their app, the app doesn't accept cod option. I raised the complaint on Instagram and WhatsApp but they don't forget to do marketing on WhatsApp by sending me msgs of their product. Whereas they don't want to do to do anything on the error in their app. Disappointed. I wish I could attach screenshot of how many times I send them complained on cod error in their app.

They are fake... I ordered a week ago from their website, but product isn't delivered it's at nearest hub, but delivery keeps getting delayed... There is absolutely no way to contact them if you'll keep you in waiting que and when it's your turn they end the call and off the number... Tried messaging them no reply at all... My order was prepaid it's a scam to rob you of your money
