Had private insurance with employer for years with Bupa, which was transferred to Aviva, but first time tried to use it in emergency only to find family members required separate login which needed to be provided by Aviva, but they don't have support in weekend. So if there is life and death situation & you want to use their service and get stuck with some details that you need help from them, basically you are left to die or mercy of extremely underfunded NHS, unless it is weekdays. Ridiculous.

App said it needed an update and once that had happened, and I had logged back in it joined the consultation and just kept saying waiting. During this time I had a voicemail saying to make another appointment.

The app continuously opens on the medical profile screen and you cannot navigate away. Even after closing and reopening

Not easy to use or to find. The app is very slow. Doesn't seem to be compatible with password manager (using Keeper), at least at set up (couldn't copy and paste without changing screens and the app closed when I changed screens), so had to use one that I'd written down. Frustrating to use. Had to call Aviva for the activation code too.
