Great app for tracking points, balances, upcoming travel and more. The instructions for linking accounts could be a little more clear. Have wasted a lot of time trying to update connected accounts, when in the end the fastest course of action was to remove the account from Award Wallet and then reconnect it. When the accounts stay connected though it's a great app!

Nice app and service. I have used Award Wallet for the past few years. I like that it helps me keep track of so many of my points, account numbers, and point/mile expiration in a convenient way. Being able to link and sync with Trip It has added to the feature set by keeping track of travel plans. Overall, I'm satisfied with the utility of this app and would suggest it to anyone that wants to keep their points, miles, account numbers, and travel easily.

I like the idea of this app, but it struggles in key areas. It is difficult and slow to log in to every program. I was unable to login at all to some programs. I can't add Southwest at all. Just frustrating and slow.

Multiple integration errors. Nfcu, chase, US Bank and Citi integrations all fail for different reasons, and no American Airlines integration. Sad!
