★★★★★ Got an appointment within the hour, all the appointment notes and prescriptions are nicely stored in the app and came through right after my appointment ended. Couldn't ask for more.

★★★★★ Great app, easy to use. I saw some comments for the login and I had problem as well, but because I made mistake. Once You create from the browser online the username and password don't go straight to the axa app, it won't work, fill up everything online first from the browser until you get to the point for verification of the document and selfie, then you can close the online application from the browser and open this axa app and complete the verification. All working in perfect order 👌 🙌

★★★★★ Had an issue with logging in since doctorAtHand uses different credentials to the AXA website, but otherwise it's working fine

★★☆☆☆ It's simply a disaster. For a year I wasn't able to log in in straight away, I had to change the password each time. Now I can move to next page because the app has again some technical issue. Maybe will start working in the next year.

★★☆☆☆ Rubbish. Been trying to log in for days, keeps saying we have a technical error. Try again later. Very Mickey Mouse from a giant like AXA.

★★☆☆☆ Every time I log into the app I get "sorry, we are experiencing technical difficulties" and appointments booked or previous appointments aren't showing. In other words, you can't use the app to join an appointment you've booked.
