★★★★★ Very good app to see what movie is playing at the locale theater.

★★★★★ The app should keep the login credentials, so you don't have to enter them again when looking at all your transactions. Update: I ordered tickets for "I heard the bells" and they didn't turn up in the app. I would think it would as I used my account when purchasing.

★★☆☆☆ I find the app easy to use, my rating would be a 5, but I have add my credit card information every time I purchase tickets. Fix that and I will change to a five.

★★☆☆☆ I signed up for backstage pass in a theater several years ago. Just name and number requested to sign up. I don't have an email or password on my file. I can't log in online w/out password. B&B theaters customer service refuses to help me. I've been in limbo for yrs. No customer service phone numbers provided to call. Been doing back and forth emails off and on for years. I'm not allowed to speak to a human being on the phone to resolve this quickly. B&B theaters have refused to help me to date.

★★☆☆☆ Login, select the movie, select the date, select the seating, attempt to pay for it, and it goes back to the login screen. Wash rinse and repeat over and over again. Can no longer buy tickets to movies with it.
