The app was working until I attempted to retrieve all the ultrasound pictures and videos. The gallery is empty. I logged off and attempted to log in. Now, the app is not working. I reached out to customer support, and no one attempted to reply to my inquiry. Unfortunately, no one answered the call either. Please resolve the issue so that we can get the pictures and videos that we paid for.

Ultrasound company tells you, you can download copies of your videos and pictures that you already PAID them for, off of this app, yet when you try to, your stuff doesn't come up in your gallery, and they want you to pay for prints or some sort of memory package. So basically if you want to keep the images of your baby you have to keep this account or dish out more F****** money. You don't even deserve the one star, f****** money mongers.
