I'm not sure if it's the app or the device, but I recently bought a backbone white 2gen and only had it for 2 days before it died on me or more, so the left side of the device is not working. Razr 2023 I've tried many tests to get it to work but nothing I even plugged it in outside the housing to use like a wired but still the same response from the backbone, and it's stuck in my settings with the left jittering and all other buttons offline...please help I really liked this and it's so fun to use

I bought the PS5 backbone just to play my PlayStation games and now all of a sudden, it doesn't support PS5 anymore but does for Xbox One! What is going on now that it no longer supports PS5 but was made for PS5 version of the games. Any help here???
