★★☆☆☆ The app kept asking for Location access to be enabled and wouldn't let me log in as I don't normally have that on unless I'm using GPS as it drains the battery. Please fix this problem.

★★☆☆☆ Love Balzac's coffee but hate this app. It is extremely difficult to redeem points in store. Since I installed Android 14, the app keeps crashing when I try to select Scan to pay for an in store purchase.

★★☆☆☆ I just want to be able to collect loyalty points like I used to on my card. This app apparently will only do that if I pay via credit card or gift card? Frustrating bc I usually pay by cash. App is not useful for me.
