★★☆☆☆ For crying out loud WHERE CAN I TOP UP MY PHONE NUMBER??!!! The last update was terrible and left me disoriented!!! I've been trying to figure out how to top up my number to no avail WHY did you make it so hard for God's sake?! It was easy before, you just log in and that's it it's there, but now it's gone!!!!

★★☆☆☆ Hi Bank Muscat Three days ago I went to Bank Muscat to open a new account in Aw quad Branch. First I had to wait for hours in the sun in a queue outside. When it was my turn to go inside the bank, the bank staff were not polite at all. The girls sitting at the counter were using their phones instead of working quickly. The staff did not care about completing the work quickly. The staff sitting at counter number 7 and 5 were not polite at all.

★★☆☆☆ New app on 2025. The font size is not optimal. Sometimes, the app is not responding. Previous comment... There must be an option to repay our loan through mobile or Internet banking. I have visited twice the branch where I maintain, and due to the system problem, they accepted a paper from me not yet transferred the amount from savings account to loan account. Don't you think repaying an additional amount to the loan account is essential in online service?

★★☆☆☆ You cannot see the transaction amount in the account statement after the new update. Also, the reward points for credit cards can easily be added
