The mobile deposit and transfer functions are easier and have fewer failed transactions than other banking apps I have used, and it is nice to have all my account info readily accessible. The only thing that might be better is being able to look at transactions more than 30 days back.

The app is fine except that I can't make mobile deposits. And no one at the bank has any idea how to fix it!

Prompts for password too much. Have to change password too much. Even prompts for password after signing in with fingerprint.

App crashes too often, it doesn't accept passwords when using biometrics, and locks you out of your account, when using the correct password. Seems as though their system rejects passwords when balance is below a certain threshold.
