Working fine for past years and functions really well though the look is a bit old school. Had to re-install once and the app kept crashing due to location service on the phone was not turned on when the app launches for the first time. After last update, I was forced log out, and cannot log in again as the password field only allows 12 characters.

Honestly this is the worst banking app I've ever used. I cannot get quick login to work, at all. I enter my card number, security number and password and then select enable quick login, select fingerprint and then EVERY TIME it comes back with "fingerprint is not available at this time" and gives me the option to use my security number instead, which I select. Then next time when I log in it, I enter my security number, and it says "invalid input credentials". Hopeless!

Just got a home loan through Bank of Melbourne, and I'm very disappointed with the mobile banking app, it's clearly been designed by boomers. So many banks out there doing amazing things with their banking apps. I mean even simple things like being able to give each of your accounts a unique name in the app to differentiate them would be a simple start. Honestly a terrible app that hardly manages to even do the basics adequately.
