It is impossible to use the Bank of Scotland business account because the app will not accept my CORRECT information. Literally useless. EDIT: the instructions to get logged in are unclear, but the app does work. You need to be using the card reader card for the sign-up process, not your bank card.

Works most of the time but crashes occasionally. Check scanning is really useful but only seems to work with certain sizes of check - lbg & rbs are fine but Santander ones are not!

Fingerprint login has stopped working I tried reinstalling the app to no avail.

Unable to access PDF statements through the app, personal account is fine, but obviously business users never need access to download copies of statements

App used to work fine. No issues logging in etc. But since March have been unable to use check deposit on app as it keeps failing. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but still not working. Takes the picture and then kicks you out of the app. In the current climate being able to deposit a check without having to go to the bank is vital. Please fix the error.
