Stupid app. Always crushes. Never works. Keeps changing password. Bank of the sierra keeps on disappointing on every level.

App requires me to reset my password every time on the mobile app when I log into my account on the PC. A very under performing app. This has been so annoying that I'm cancelling this account and moving it to Chase. I have had to go into the bank to reset my security questions twice to get the reset to work. I only use this account for my rental deposits, but there is too much hassle causing this to be more of an inconvenience.
