One of the worst banking experience I ever had in my life I used the app for probably 1 week, and they Blocked my account with my balance I used my Emirates ID to open the account, but they said for some security reasons the need to check some documents I kept contacting the customer service for more than 8 months, and they kept telling me they already sent an email and am I telling them I never received it I don't recommend anyone to use it, the worst customer service ever
