Can no longer log into the app. It keeps asking me to put in the code that is sent by text but doesn't accept the code when entered and says pin is incorrect. And this was after reinstalling the app and staff at the club also trying to fix it. Tried to log in next day to see if it was fixed and same issue.

Very embarrassing using Bankstown Sports app when signing in to the club. It's so, so slow to open, and sometimes it doesn't open at all!! PLEASE SPEED IT UP WHEN YOU TAP TO OPEN THE APP FOR THE FIRST TIME. So embarrassing using it tbh!!

Have noticed that the photos have disappeared on our digital membership, for me & 2 friends. Also, the $30 new member reward has also gone from the Offers tab for me & my new member friend even though they were weeks away from the Expiry Date. Some more suggested updates:- 1. Rainforest Lounge entertainment. You should be able to easily see dates & times for each act without clicking on each one. 2. Should be able to select $ amount on Mbr tab to see a breakdown & how to get to next Mbr level.
