Improvements are being made to the club, slowly. Classes are enjoyable when you manage to get into them. Instructors are lovely even if they seem intimidating initially, they are very approachable and helpful with advice. Front of house staff are friendly and helpful. Love booking into the spa. Although it can be pricey, the staff are very lovely and being a member, we get discounts. I love the Elem is products used, which I presume is what bumps the prices of treatments.

The app works ok to book a class, but if you then use the add to calendar option, you are locked into calendar, and cannot return to the bannatynes app. I've tried force stopping the app, to no avail, so the only solution seems to be restarting the phone. Very irritating!! Pixel 5 phone running Android 14. 9 July - no response to this review and no change in the behavior of the app. Fix this please Bannatynes

Classes go live at 9pm and instantly the app crashes, trying to book is a nightmare

Can't upload a photo despite it being told it's necessary to access the gym, but don't actually need it to get in. It's also the ugliest app I've ever seen for a gym and really clunky to use. There are cheaper gyms with better apps and facilities.
