The app is fine, the company is just another insurance company who can do anything to not pay . Extremely disappointed.

I tried to reclaim a veterinary visit because my dog had a problem, and they did not reimburse the visit because of a waiting period that was not specified or communicated to me. They even delivered the card and told me I can use it (it does not work). So you pay for 1 year by 1 month of it you can't use it. Also, if you want to talk to anyone they only have an AI and if you want them to call you the first slot available is 10 days later. Will cancel it asap.
