App sucks!!!! Booked 3 trips received message bcab outside went no cab 2:min later message received trip completed. I HATE BAYWOOD!!!!!

Once I denied bar wood access to my location, the app shut down. Bar wood does not NEED my location.

This app doesn't guarantee you a ride in a timely manner. At times when I order my ride I see there are drivers in the area and then the customer service representative tells you 30 minutes and I still don't get a ride. Also, the drivers will accept the ride and be driving away from the location you are trying to be picked up at. This app is not ready at all.
