I love Bazaara app. It is the perfect place for buying and selling preloved clothing, accessories and home goods. In this time of environmental concerns, everyone should play their small part in making sustainable choices. Through Bazaara app, you can list all your new or almost new belongings and give them a new home. You can also own all your favorite high-end brands at a fraction of the price. The app is so easy to use and allows you to see all your favorite items in one glance.

Very easy to navigate through the app. There's a wide variety of options to cater to everyone's needs and buying and selling process is seamless. Highly recommend it.

The app itself is really bad, cannot even load the pictures. And commission fee is a bit too much considering that the app is not that user-friendly and also making it hard to price the items. If I add the commission fee to my price then it is too much for the product im selling. No one will buy it. If i don't add it to my price then its not worth selling the item. It's also not practical that the item has to be picked up the next day after the sale. We should be able to schedule that.

Positive: I have been a bazaara user for more than a year and I enjoy using it. I can sell my preloved items in the price that I want, and I don't have to worry about the pickup and drop off because bazaara takes care of that for a minimal fee on the top of my listed item. Negative: The only problem though is that their customer service is not there to be of help to urgent inquiries every day. Sometimes you'll send an urgent concern and the reply will come 3 to 5 days later.

Be careful They take your items and return them to you not in the same condition. And when you object to them, they don't do anything about it. Unprofessional team who lend your stuff to their friends and return them to you according to their mood. They also try to make it seem like it's your listing mistake but when you prove them wrong they have no answer!
