One of the worst apps ever. Seriously, is this a joke? First they'll lure you into their trap with a minimum balance of Rs 100 and in the 2nd transaction they say the minimum balance is Rs 300. IT'S A SCAM. Edit 1:will let y'all know if the refund really is seamless. And will update the rating Edit 2: they initiated a refund right away, very happy with the app, just revisit your minimum balance policies if possible

Don't go by tata name. Tata might have acquired instant, but employees remain the same. They don't have work ethics. They simply say sorry and no help from customer service. I had closed machine. But they charged me stating it was not closed and someone has taken the items. When they themselves confess that somebody else have taken how can they charge me. Either they need to refund or they need to send me proof who has taken. They just loot people's money in the name of machine. Worst company

Very poor app. You have to load wallet. The minimum amt cannot be used else it does not let you purchase. It's very poorly designed app.

1. Very bad experience with the machines. 2. Very bad customer support experience. I have been following up on an issue for around 15 days now! No resolution yet. 3. Machine doors don't lock correctly. They don't care to fix them. 4. They blame us for their faulty machines. Not just that, they will write an essay giving you gyan. Thinking to stop using all BB products.
