The best value by far for charging, about $3 for each 10% of charge (varies by model/make) but much less than others I won't name (at car dealers sometimes too) that are 7X more. Minus 1-Star as they are usually in high crime locations, though with good visibility, like Superstore or a park and ride, and the chargers are old and dirty. But not much worse than many locations. I WILL use BC Hydro, somewhere, from now on though given that their cost can be just 15% of their competitors rates. Dan

This charger always works as advertised. It's not the fastest, but it's a long, long way from the slowest. 50kw DC from start to finish. As advertised!

After app update I can no longer sign in with my new password. The password field in the app doesn't allow for enough characters for my password, and I'm not going to shorten it to a less secure password. It's ridiculous that in 2024 a password would be so character limited like that. Plus auto reload is BS and shouldn't be a feature of any charging app. We also shouldn't need 6+ different apps just to charge. Just allow usage of credit cards at the chargers

The previous version of this app wasn't great, but it worked. This new version fails in so many ways, including not having charge point chargers, and the inability to favorite a station (rather, It forces you to favor a specific plug. Why?)
