★★★★★ I do have the app on my phone, but I cannot use it bc it wants to pick a password the way the app wants instead of what I prefer to use.i.tried to put in 3 passwords and none was good enough for it, so I gave up.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible app as it consistently either says no drivers available or lets you book a ride than tries to move it up an hour. No I set a pickup for a specific time because that's what time works for me not an hour earlier.

★★☆☆☆ I'm very happy to be able to receive rides again. However, I'm not a big fan of this app, so I deleted it. I don't like I have to make a specific password that you want me use instead of using one that I want to use. Also, when I tried to set the account it said I already had an account, so I couldn't set it up. Yes I did call to set an appointment. Your email suggested I download the icon, so I did. And yeah useless. But again the transportation ride thing is awesome. The app, not so much.
