Hmm they repaired the qr invoice scan error. And I changed my phone and number and address. I know a lot. Phone it worked, address a bit complicated, but it worked, on computer, in the app it is not possible. But there is no place to see my address and my phone number. My address is shown on a computer, but the phone number is not. There is a menu for this, but nothing happens, it said yes it is changed, but still my previous phone received the messages, and twint also use my old phone number. :)

It loads forever. When I open it I am greeted not with the screen of log in, but just loading screen for minutes before it like crashes closes down and opens up again now with the login button on. When you press log in, again it takes several moments of loading screen before I can even submit my fingerprint. One submitted again you are loading and loading... Very slow app, feels like 2012 Instagram and not 2023 bank app. Please fix

It's very easy to pay the bills with the qr code. It's easy to see your balance and the amount of money spent for each month. The only bug are the attachments of the email, they can't be opened or downloaded. Also, the return button brings you very back from some tabs. Often you have to click again and again to go back to a specific tab if you used the back button.

Last update: new transfer goes "oops! An error... please try again later". I spoke too soon! :(Since previous update app stopped crashing! Yoopee! It still starts slower than before the beginning of problems and sometimes gets stuck starting a new bank transfer... but it's getting better. I wish the transfer history details were visible, not just amount, date and title. I've seen this option in EVERY other bank: ubs, Santander, get in, hsbc, Citibank. One day maybe, one day...

Bill won't work on my App. Answer: ebill minimum requirements are android 11. Android 11 was released on September 2020!!!!! Nobody can request as MINIMUM requirement to have a phone less than 2 years old. Unacceptable!

It's hard to understand where to find things. All items look like web page and not like mobile app. It's the only reason I need to use another bank with easy to use mobile banking app. But if you are bcv customer - the app allows you to perform required actions after some struggles.
