★★★★★ wonderful I cannot speak any more positive of this company. When I emailed them on an issue I was having the tech support called me and walked me thought the issue. Though they couldn't help me, they informed me an update will be coming soon to assist me. If you are a company police agency or a security agency and you are mobile, then the line of products from Wave Systems. What has turned into a test has come to a purchas and a download of all programs this company has to offer. ***If you have a tablet that does not have a menue button do not worry, according to tech support an update is on the way to fix this issue. In the mean time, hold the multi-view or multi-tasking buttong down and the menu may come up. It did not on my samsung tab s, yet, I am very impressed that the tech support called me to answer my issues.

★★★★★ Great for a different use as well We use this app in our photo studio when we are looking for an item for a shoot ie. A particular type of car in a specific color etc . A model with a specific trait ie. Over six feet. Under six feet etc. We can fill this out and send it via email to all the staff members and we can help each other achieve their goal for the shoot. Being able to change the fields of Officer name and badge number to something like employee and id number would make this app absolutely perfect for us.

★★☆☆☆ Every time I try to add photo or create a PDF I get an error. I tried to uninstall and got a refund unknowingly. Reinstalled hoping it may have been a bad download. Nope. Now can't get my money back.

★★☆☆☆ Can't add image Tried everything but i cannot add an image. Paid for this app specifically for this reason and it doesn't work.

★★☆☆☆ 4.5 really? I paid for this app to get more information regarding the amber alert that JUST went off.... but I received NOT ONE record (by "clicking on the search button as decribed in the instructions")?! I even tried entering a few names that should pull up locally. When calling the company number (listed in a previous post) I was greeted with a VM to leave a message for a return call (no human responds to any of the extensions-btw). If I dont get a call back with a good answer... I'd like a refund... thank you. I will gladly change my rating if it turns out theres a way to make it work (on my Samsung Galaxy Note 5).
