Tried this app and product, but have decided withdraw my money and go elsewhere. Everything is so slow and tedious - took over a week for money I added to show, and over a week now to withdraw it. Really not worth it

Not great after nat west refusing to allow me to open a bank account for my granddaughter I turned to beanstalk couldn't open a jisa for her either because I am not her parent or legal guardian so I opened one for my self that I don't really want because the app says add a child but can't add her because I am not her parent or legal guardian saving for your grand children should be easy it's a joke

Rating app, not product. Easy to register accounts & link family, but the app & UI are poor; jumps around when the keyboard opens/closes, text inc ref numbers can't be copied. Investments taken from bank accounts immediately but v slow to appear in Beanstalk accounts due to intermediary - third party financial service providers don't instill confidence in this app. Regular top-ups not flexible in the app, must be the date Beanstalk decide - use bank standing order instead. Update not fixed UI!

Easy enough to set up, but the ISAs have been in pending status for days with no action to take on my part and no updates on what's actually happening if anything at all. St this point it all looks as a waste of time with no outcome. Also while I linked my Kid Start account (parent company) it's not actually automatically linked, and I cannot easily transfer the saved up funds into the ISAs with one click.
